Your donation will save lives!

It is well-known that 2020 was a challenging year for legal services organizations like Casa Cornelia. And yet, our volunteers stood by us to offer the highest quality legal representation to our clients. We were amazed to see that last year, despite the technical and logistical barriers, 375 of Casa Cornelia's cases were in the capable hands of Volunteer Attorneys like you.

As we enter the Spring of 2021 with a sense of renewed hope, we find that many of the administrative challenges we have faced in years past still remain in place. Yet despite these continued hurdles, we feel fortified by the commitment of the San Diego legal community. And as we further our efforts, we invite you to support Casa Cornelia's clients through the Attorneys Who Care campaign from now through April 23!

Thanks to the generosity of attorney Anthony Niewijk, your donation will be matched and your impact will be DOUBLED! Your financial contribution will provide legal response and transform the lives of:

  • unaccompanied children who suffered abandonment, violence, and neglect in their countries of origin;
  • victims of domestic violence and human trafficking who live in the shadows, here in San Diego County; and
  • asylum seekers who fled torture, fear, and persecution in their countries of origin due to their ethnic group, political, social or religious affiliation.

Make a donation today and change someone's life. By ensuring access quality pro bono legal services, you will uplift the rights of children, families, and asylum seekers through 2021. They are counting on your support.

Thank you in advance for your commitment to justice and financial support!
